Weigh In Day!

Today is weigh in day.....let's see how our teams are doing!
Joyce and Karla lost 3...so did Karen! Carrie lost 4! But Lanny is the biggest loser for the week at 9 pounds!!!! We are so proud of him!!!!!
This helped The Pounders win for the week!
The Future Hotties are still in the lead for total weight loss!
So far this week....EVERYONE had a loss! Great job!!!!

The Love Handles: 1.27% for the week / 2.72% total weight loss!!!!

The Future Hotties: .96% for the week / 3.6% total weight loss!!!!

The Langager Girls: .88% for the week / 2.71% total weight loss!!!!

Coast to Coast: 0% for the week...they gained 1 lb as a group / 1.11% total weight loss!!!!
