sad, sad, sad

It is interesting to hear all the excuses...and coming up with my own. Not a good week. Not a good 2 weeks! On a brighter note....let me acknowledge Tara as this week's biggest loser....she lost 3 pounds! Congratulations Tara!!!! Very proud of you! Sadly we had 5 people gain. We HAVE to pick it up more than a notch this week! Easter is over, Spring is here, lets get moving, ok? Do whatever it takes to help each other....pray for each other, call each other, send cards or emails to encourage one another. Even the one's not on the same team. We need each other. We can do it! Write down and keep a record of what you eat this week. Write down the exercise you do! Let's do this!

We have now lost 113.5 pounds total!!! Isn't that awesome?
